What is TDBids.net?

TDBids.net is an online auction house that specializes in penny auctions. To win at these auctions, the bidder pays to bid and competes with other bidders to place the final bid on an auction.  Each bid extends the auction by a number of seconds and raises the price by a penny.  If you don't have time to keep bidding, simply deploy your strategy with a Bid Buddy and let it hammer away at your competitors while you eat, work or sleep!

All items are brand new and shipped directly from our suppliers.

How does the auction work?

First you must register to make an account and then purchase a bidpacks.  Then use your bid credits to compete at auction. 

In a Penny Auction,

1. Every auction starts at a penny or 10 cents

2. Each bid adds a penny to the price and resets the countdown clock once the auction falls below 15 or 20 seconds.

3. To win, you must submit the last bid

If an auction states 'Fixed Price' then the price does not change with each bid, so the starting price will be the final price (the "Would be" price shows what the price would be if it was not a fixed price auction).  All other auction rules are the same.  Usually, the fixed price is $1.00 and this will mean that  the winner pays no final cost and will only have paid the cost of bid credits used and shipping (if any).

If an auction is a 'Nail biter' Auction, then Bid Buddies are not allowed.

Why is there a fee for placing a bid?

The fee helps us cover the costs of products and get you amazing bargains, while offering a high quality of service.

Is there a limit to the number of auctions I can win?

Yes, All TDBids.net user can have 3 winning items per week.  You can always check your winning limit from your account section My Limit.

Start 02/21/2010 - 1 Per day/5 per Week. Its enforced manually and any bidder try to place bid on a 2nd auction after winning one will forefeit his.her bid as well as the item and 2nd highest bidder will get that item. Meaning is You can not have 2 winning items per day. Only 1 winning item per day and Total 5 winning items per week.

I live outside the United States and Canada or United Kingom, can I bid?

Sorry. At this time we only open to residents of the United States. No Canada or United Kingdom or out side of United States.

What is your SHIPPING COST.

Where do you ship?

We only ship to United States.

Can you ship other then billing address?

No. We only ship to Billing Address. Even you enter defferent shipping addresses, We will ship out winning items to Billing Address.

What happens if I win?

If you win an auction, click on the 'My Account' tab to see your dashboard and pay for the auction. When we ship the item, the status will be reflected in your “Won Auctions” list, accessible through 'My Account'

How does the Bid Buddy work?

The bid buddy is here to let you bid while you are away from a computer.  It needs to know the price to start bidding at, the price to stop bidding at, and how many bids you want to deploy within that range.  It will debit the bids and set them aside once set.  When within your set range, it will place them at a random time between 15 or 10 seconds.  If the bid buddy finishes bidding with any left over bids, they will be credited back to your account immediately. 

How do I buy bid credits?

Click on 'My Account' on the top tab bar and click “Purchase some bids”. 

Where can I see how much I have spent on bid credits in an auction?

Click on 'My Account' on the top tab bar, and click “My Bids” to see your bid history. 

I've placed a bid but I am currently not the highest bidder, why?

Bids can get placed quickly and sometimes others may have bid immediately after you so you got bumped down the list. You should be able to see yourself in the 'Bid History' though. 

How can I use chat box?

You must email us your User ID to turn your chat box on. Chat box located bottom of each pages. You can use chat box simply enter the text in box.  Need quesions about chat box? or want to turn on your chat box?. Please feel free to contact us at admin@tdbids.net

Why my account suspended?

If you have 2 or more accounts with TDBids.net will be suspended your account and you only allow to use 1 account. Husband or wife, family, Don't matter. Our rule is only 1 account per house holder and paypal account.

I clicked on bid but your system did not take the bids and it said ended.

Plase don't click the bid last seconds. Please give some time to send your bid to our server(Don't bid less than 5 seconds. Please try to bid before 5 seconds). There is nothing we can do about this. It's about speed of the internet and It's out of our control.

I see bad commend about your site What happen?

Stories are beginning of site opening. Our site opened not long ago. And what ever you sees from there those site owner is unprofessional. We have nothing to do with them.  Our site is not scam or shill Bidding or fake. If you think our site is fake, Please do not play here. Our site users are 100% out side users that we guarantee and If our users are fake, Why they keep posting on thier webiste and not doing anything. Let them do something about it if our users are not real. Don't black email us if you lost. Your lost is lost. We don't deal with black mail.

Also, They posted "I really am ashamed to see PAW members still bidding on this site, but you can't say we didn't warn you. Sorry to hear about the problems." You want to know why PAW members keep playing our site? Because our site is Legit.

Why my user id still show even I logout.

Our system working slow for this section. I don't know why. They catch login or logout little slow. We keep working on this.

During bidding Bidbuddy not working.

"If any bidder encounter any issue during bidding like bid buddy not working,bid button not showing up etc or any other trouble they face , they should take a video recording of that along with screenshot to prove their claim ,otherwise you are not going to attend any such claims without any proof" .After verification of the issue necesary corrective action can be taken."
