Delivery Time (Shipping)
Delivery times vary for the different items that we auction. Most of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, with the majority of orders arriving within 3 to 4 weeks(Nomally 20 days) of payment. We’ll let you know as soon as your item has been dispatched. We are trying to ship all winning items asap.
Shipping Address
Shipping address must be same as billing address. We will only ship out your winning items to Billing address or Paypal confirmed address. Please do not ask us ship to other than billing address.
Can I return an item that I have won?
We want you to enjoy the item you won, but if, for whatever reason you decide that you do not want the item, please get in touch with our customer service team within 7 day from receiving date and we’ll explain what to do next. When you contact us, please make sure that you let us know:
·Your user name
·The auction ID of the item you won
·The reason you’d like to return the item
Please note that we can only offer a refund on the final auction price of the item you won as well as shipping costs. However, we cannot offer you a refund on the cost of the bids that you placed on that auction.
